AWES Teacher Recruitment 2018 Apply for PGT, TGT, PRT Vacancies

Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), Delhi Cantt has published a notification to fill Teacher (PGT, TGT, PRT) vacancies in 137 Army Public Schools (APS) located in various Cantonments and Military Stations across India. A Combined Selection Screening Examination - 2018 will be conducted for the selection of posts. Candidate can register and apply online from 1st October 2018 to 24th October 2018.

Name of Exam : Combined Selection Screening Examination - 2018

Scale of Pay : Basic and Grade Pay are generally comparable to Central Govt rates and Allowances will be decided by respective school management

Age Limit as on 1st April 2019 : Fresh Candidate should be below 40 years (29 years for Delhi Schools TGT/PRT and 36 years for PGT) and Experienced Candidates with minimum 05 years teaching experience in last 10 years, should be below 57 years (in thecase of Delhi 40 Yrs) 

Education Qualification

a) PGT : Candidate must have completed a Masters Degree in relevant subject/discipline with 50% marks and should also have passed B.Ed Exam with 50% marks

b) TGT : Candidate must have completed a Graduate Degree in relevant subject/discipline with 50% marks and should also have passed B.Ed Exam with 50% marks.

c) PRT : Candidate must be Graduate with B.Ed/ 02 Year Diploma Or B.El.Ed (four year integrated course)

Selection Process : Selection process will consist of On-line Combined Selection Screening Examination - 2018, Interview and Written Test & Computer proficiency tests for evaluation of Teaching skills and computer proficiency. Screening Examination will be held on 17 and 18 November 2018. Candidates who will qualify Screening Examination will be called for Interview.  Exam results will be published on AWES web-site www.awesindia.com on 3rd December 2018.

Examination Fee : Examination fee charges for PGT, TGT, PRT posts are Rs 500/- (non refundable). Candidates can pay free online during online registration of application through payment gateway by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net banking.

How to Apply : Applicants may register online for the screening exam through online Registration Portal http://aps-csb.in from 1st October 2018 to 24th October 2018 05:00 PM. Candidates must upload scanned images of Photographs and signatures, Proof of date of birth, Education qualification certificates
